I feel a bit like I blinked and missed February 2018, but I was unwell for a good deal of it. Talk about sleeping your life away.

Virtue Jan Feb Notes
Wisdom

I learn and grow every day.

😐 😐 I feel I should say something about learning to pace myself, and not exceeding my energy. But it would be a lie.
Energy: Wellness

I enjoy exercising my lean, healthy 59 kg body several times a week.

I walk more steps each day.

🙁
67.2 kg
😮
68.1 kg

I’ve been tired and unwell, still struggling with fluid retention, and got myself referred to a new nephrologist. I have put on 4 kg in the last 12 months, so I’ve got a referral to a dietician as well.

I’m too tired to care. I think it’s partly that I have so many unfinished tasks, with parts, tools, and rubbish all over the place. It does make me wonder about the impact of all that unfinished business on your energy levels. It’s a shame I don’t have doors to shut on the mess.

Had cataract surgery, and it went very well.

Energy: Presence

Plan a more energetic wardrobe

🙁 😐

And just as I’m thinking about how the energy of my home impacts on me, I’m thinking about the energy of my clothes. And I realised I’m overdue a wardrobe plan review.

Blah…

But there was the outfit for hospital admission.

Focus: Business Development

😐 🙂

I dreamed that I started a new job, and that the agency sent me to the wrong person in the wrong place, and when I got there, I found it was the wrong job too! They wouldn’t give me any stationery, my desk was full of someone elses junk, and I couldn’t get coffee because the hot water was broken.

You cannot believe how incredibly relieved when I woke up to find it wasn’t real.

Focus: Product Development

Stick to the schedule

😐 🙂

I did manage to get hardback versions of Stress Free Dinner Parties and Signature Wardrobe Planning on the market and I’m really happy about that. Going forward I’ll release in hard, soft, and e versions simultaneously.

Working on my gratitude book.

And I’ve got some good information about the house my novel is set in, and I’m all fired up about that again too.

Focus: Business Income

I am a prolific writer making at least $1,000 per month.

😐 😐

Sold four books for $19.92, and received royalties of $10.04. Average monthly sales are now $22.14, and average income $13.95. I checked back through my sales, and I have outstanding royalties of ~$245.

They’re outstanding as I haven’t yet met the minimum thresholds in some currencies at some channels. And that makes me think that I do need to think a little more about how to increase sales and clear up some of the back pay.

Friendship: Friends

I love meeting new people, and as I am friendly and outgoing, I make friends easily.

🙂 🙂

Met some people, ate some food, had some fun, and wrote a dinner party with leftovers.

Thought about the relationships between time, money, and love.

Friendship: Contribution

I share my knowledge, time, and money with those who need it.

🙂  🙂 This month I woke up a guy in a parked car to make sure he was ok, and told a woman that she was wearing a $4 price tag. Not much, but still something.
Prosperity: Leisure

I am brave and adventurous not afraid to try new things.

🙂 🙂 I caught up with some reading, and shared a spending plan for how you can too.
Prosperity: Household

I live in a beautiful house, with a tranquil garden.

Happy and healthy creatures and find my garden a haven.

🙂 🙂

We were (are) tinkering in the bathroom, so I shared some tips on surviving your renovation.

We’ve also done some more clearing up in the garden. It took me a while to realise, but now that we’ve cut down some of the big trees, there’s less shade and the house is hotter.

And in the meantime, we were blessed by the visit of an echidna.

February 2018 has not been my favourite. According to my productivity journal, grateful or not, I have spent a lot of time feeling ill. And not feeling very productive.

Perhaps March will be better. How was your February?
