And that’s September 2019 been and gone. Is it just me, or are the days flying by faster and faster? Or is it that Christmas is in the stores already?

The weather’s been good enough for working outdoors (with the laptop), but September 2019 has also had a lot of very cold and wet days.

SepNotes
Beauty: body
I enjoy exercising my lean, healthy 59 kg body several times a week.
โ€ข Eat < 5g of salt and sugar per day.
โ€ข Walk 10,000 steps per day.
โ€ข Sleep 8 hours each night.
๐Ÿ™
70.8 kg
๐Ÿ™‚
69.5 kg
I’m still struggling with salt and making everything myself is starting to look like more of a viable solution.

Not sleeping that well either. We’re in that weather changeable space where your bedcovers are sometimes too hot, but not often enough to warrant getting your Summer bedding out.

As the weather’s starting to fine up, I’m a little bit more inclined to get out and walk.

Reviewed my Winter wardrobe, and started planning Summer.
Beauty: home
I live in a comfortable home that soothes my soul.
โ€ข Work out how to take home renovation holidays.
๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‚One of the great things about sunshine is being able to open the doors and windows for fresh air. So the house smells better, but is dustier, with more obvious dog hair clumps – Pretty Girl is starting the Spring shed. But right now I don’t care.

Booked installation of a new shower screen.
Beauty: garden
My garden is lush and abundant, providing habitats, weather protection and a mystical threshold.
โ€ข Develop a new garden plan.
๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚My garden is full of flowers and the bees are out as well.

It’s all totally random, but I love this time of year.
Friendship: friends
I love meeting new people, and as I am friendly and outgoing, I make friends easily.
โ€ข Find (or start) a local writers group.
๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚Most of my sociability plans for September fell through, which was a bit sad, but on the other hand, I still got out of the house and did stuff.
Friendship: creatures
My creatures are happy and healthy and find my garden a haven.
๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚It’s a busy time in the garden with baby possums and baby birds.

The other day I saw Pretty Girl watching a baby magpie pecking rice from her bowl. At least I think she was watching; her cataracts are bad so she might not have seen or heard it at all.
Friendship: contribution
I share my knowledge, time, and money with those who need it.
โ€ข Develop a charitable works programme.
๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ˜Another month mainly of silenceโ€ฆ

Thought about Need and Your Hierarchy of Needs.
Wisdom: growth
I learn and grow every day.
โ€ข Visit a historically or culturally significant venue or event each month.
๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‚Did some online courses…

And thought about Electricity.
Pleasure: adventure
I am brave and adventurous not afraid to try new things.
๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚I wrote seven short stories in September, and if you add in my progress on a long story, I wrote 36k words. Cool!

Pleasure: recharge
I work hard and have the right to rest and recharge.
โ€ข Turn the computer off by 7 pm.
โ€ข Read 78 books in 2019.
๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜I’m now 4 weeks behind my reading goal, partly because I’ve been writing more and partly because I barely read anything in September.

According to my productivity journal, I was very happy with my writing in September 2019 and awarded myself lots of stickers. Mind you, I’ve got a dog sticker for almost every imaginable situation, including overdosing on saki. (Must get some more of those)

How did you get in on September?
