It’s been a long and hard couple of weeks, so I’ve fallen behind.

But bearing in mind my friend Katy’s concern about her favourite blogger, I thought I’d post a picture and let you know I’m fine just behind.

I chose this picture, because life feels a bit like it’s run aground.

And I know a lot of us feel a bit like we’ve been smashed up against unexpected rocks.

But one way or another, this will end, and we can move forward. Even though it’s too soon to know what forward looks like.

Just remember, that where there is life, there is hope.
